Support for the App and every Futuro Studios mobile app

This page is the support home for the mobile applications Futuro Studios publishes on the Apple App Store and Google Play, including Nixon: The Cover-Up, Butter Fly: Tap & Flap, Oui the People, Mock Congress, and UFO Nexus, together with any app we release in the future that links here. It explains how to reach us, what to include so we can help quickly, and how to handle the requests we receive most often.

Not every section applies to every app. Some apps do not offer accounts, subscriptions, or AI-assisted features, so skip anything that does not match what you see on your device.

Nixon: The Cover-Up

Strategy / SimulationSingle playeriOS · Android · WebPlays offline

A darkly comic political strategy game in which you play Richard Nixon in August 1974, refusing to resign and working the Senate for the 34 votes you need to survive impeachment. If you need help with a save, a purchase that did not unlock, or a run that went wrong in a way the Soviets were not responsible for, the notes below are specific to this game, and the general sections that follow cover everything else.

About the gamePrivacy policy

Saves, Slots, and Exporting a Run

The game keeps multiple save slots, and progress is stored on your device rather than in an account of ours, so deleting the app removes your saves with it. Before you reinstall the game, switch phones, or hand a device on, use the export option in save management to write a copy of your run out, and restore from that copy afterwards. If a slot is missing or a run will not load, export what remains and contact us before starting a new operation — a fresh run can take the slot you were hoping to recover.

Purchases

The game offers optional in-app purchases. If something you paid for is not available, open the game and use Restore Purchases, then restart it. If it still does not appear, send us the transaction date and the store you purchased from and we will investigate. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple or Google rather than by us, as described under Subscriptions, Purchases, and Refunds below.

Playing Offline

Everything the game needs — including all of the intro footage and audio — is bundled inside the app, so a run does not require a connection. If the game stalls on a screen that seems to be waiting for something, it is a bug rather than a network problem, and we would like to hear about it.

The Opening Cinematic

The game opens on a five-scene cinematic cut from archival footage, scored with a numbers station and ending on an air-raid siren. It plays on first launch, and it can be skipped and muted from the intro itself — worth knowing in advance if sudden loud audio is a problem for you or for anyone nearby. If the intro does not skip, or replays every time you open the game, tell us your device model and the version you are running.

Reporting a Problem in a Run

Runs are short and full of moving parts, so a few details save us a great deal of guessing: the difficulty you chose (Nixon's Choice, Deep Throat, or Enemies Everywhere), which in-game day you were on, what you were doing when it went wrong — bribing or lobbying a particular senator, working the press, a foreign policy gambit, or an event that fired on its own — and what you expected to happen instead. Add your device model, operating system version, and the game version, and attach an exported save if you still have one. If a vote count, resource total, or Soviet Tension reading looks wrong, a screenshot of the screen showing it is the fastest way to settle it.

About the Historical Material

Nixon: The Cover-Up is political satire built on a counterfactual: history says Nixon resigned, and the game asks what the following weeks might have cost if he had not. The intro is assembled from public-domain archival footage and a genuine Nixon tape recording, but the senators, prices, events, and dialogue in the game are written for comedy and are not a record of what anyone actually said or did. The game is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government body or archive. If a detail reads as an unintended factual claim, we would genuinely like to hear about it.

Butter Fly: Tap & Flap

Casual / ArcadeOne-touch endless flyeriOS · AndroidPlays offline

A casual one-touch arcade game in the Flappy Bird tradition: tap to flap, keep the butterfly in the air, thread the gaps, and beat your best score. It is a small game, so most problems with it fall into one of the four notes below; anything else is covered by the general sections that follow.

About the gamePrivacy policy

Your High Score

Your best score is stored on the device you play on rather than in an account of ours, so it does not follow you to a new phone and deleting the game deletes it. There is no sign-in and no cloud save to restore from. If a score you just set does not stick, note the score and roughly when it happened and tell us your device model and the game version — that is usually enough for us to reproduce it.

Controls and Difficulty

The game has one control: a tap anywhere on the screen makes the butterfly flap upward, and gravity takes it down again. Nothing else is bound to anything, so if taps are being missed or the butterfly rises when you did not touch the screen, that is a bug worth reporting rather than something to configure around. The game is meant to be hard, but it is meant to be hard in the same way every time — if a run feels wrong rather than unlucky, tell us what happened.

Purchases

Anything the game sells is optional. If something you paid for is not available, reopen the game and use Restore Purchases, then restart it. If it still does not appear, send us the transaction date and the store you purchased from. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple or Google rather than by us, as described under Subscriptions, Purchases, and Refunds below.

Reporting a Problem

For a crash, a stutter, or a collision that looked unfair, tell us your device model, operating system version, and game version, along with your score at the time and what was on screen when it went wrong. A screen recording is worth a great deal here: the runs are seconds long, and being able to watch one back frame by frame settles most questions about a gap you are sure you cleared.

Contact Support

Write to us using the developer contact shown on the app's Apple App Store or Google Play listing, or by post at Futuro Studios, 2248 Broadway #1589, New York, NY 10024, United States. Please tell us which app your message concerns so it reaches the right person.

We read every message and aim to reply within two business days. Reports that involve a payment, a lost purchase, account access, or a privacy request are prioritized.

What to Include in a Request

The more of this you can give us, the faster we can reproduce and fix a problem: the name of the app and its version number (shown in the app's settings or on its store listing), your device model and operating system version, the store you installed from, a description of what you expected to happen and what happened instead, the steps that lead to the problem, and a screenshot or screen recording if the issue is visual.

Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal details in a support message. We never need them to help you.

Subscriptions, Purchases, and Refunds

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google through the store you installed the app from, and are governed by that store's terms, billing rules, and refund policies. You can view, change, or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings; cancelling at least 24 hours before the end of the current period prevents the next renewal.

Refunds are issued by the store rather than by us. Request one through Apple's "Report a Problem" page or Google Play's order history. If a purchase you completed is not unlocked in the app, open the app's settings and use Restore Purchases first; if that does not resolve it, contact us with the transaction date and the store you purchased from and we will investigate.

Accounts and Data Deletion

If an app offers accounts, you can request deletion of your account and its associated data from within the app's settings, or by writing to us using the contact details above. Deleting an app from your device removes data stored only on that device; it does not by itself delete information held on our servers.

You can also ask us to access, correct, or export your personal information. The App Privacy Policy describes these rights, what we retain after a deletion request, and how long we take to respond.

Permissions and Notifications

Our apps request access to device capabilities such as location, camera, photo library, microphone, or notifications only where a feature needs them, and only at the point of use. You can grant or revoke any permission at any time in your device settings. Declining a permission disables only the feature that depends on it — the rest of the app keeps working.

AI-Assisted Features

Some apps include features powered by third-party AI providers. Generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, and it is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information into these features. If a feature produces harmful or clearly incorrect output, send us the prompt and the response so we can tune it.

Bugs, Crashes, and Feature Requests

Before reporting a crash, check that the app is updated to the latest version on your store, then restart the app and, if the problem persists, your device. If it still occurs, send us the details listed above along with roughly when the crash happened so we can match it to our diagnostic reports.

Feature requests are welcome and genuinely shape what we build next. Tell us what you were trying to do and why the current app made it hard — that is more useful to us than a proposed solution.

Privacy and Terms

None of our apps contain advertising, so there is nothing to disable, pay to remove, or opt out of. If you ever see something that looks like an ad inside a Futuro Studios app, it is not ours — tell us immediately and include a screenshot and the version you are running.

How our apps collect, use, share, and protect information is described in the App Privacy Policy, which also covers AI features, subscriptions, analytics, children's privacy, international transfers, and your data rights. Use of our apps and this site is subject to our Terms and Conditions.
