Futuro Studios Mobile Apps

Terms and Conditions

Effective date: August 18, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Futuro Studios ("Futuro Studios", "we", "us") governing your use of the App and the other mobile applications we publish on the Apple App Store and Google Play (each, an "App"), any browser-playable version of an App, and this website. They apply to every Futuro Studios App that links to this page, including Nixon: The Cover-Up, Butter Fly: Tap & Flap, Oui the People, Mock Congress, and UFO Nexus, together with any App we release in the future that references these Terms.

By downloading, installing, or using an App, or by using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the App or the site.

Not every provision below applies to every App. Some Apps have no accounts, no purchases, and no AI-assisted features at all, and a section that describes something an App does not offer simply does not apply to it. The store listing for each App describes what that specific App includes.

None of our Apps contain advertising. Not now, and not in a future release. No Futuro Studios App displays ads, embeds an advertising SDK, or shares your information with ad networks or data brokers, and we do not sell personal information. Nothing in these Terms reserves a right for us to introduce advertising into an App you have already bought or installed. How our Apps handle information is described in the App Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Terms for Nixon: The Cover-Up

Nixon: The Cover-Up

Strategy / SimulationSingle playeriOS · Android · WebPlays offline

A darkly comic political strategy game in which you play Richard Nixon in August 1974, refusing to resign and working the Senate for the 34 votes you need to survive impeachment. It is a single-player game that runs on your device, and the terms below are specific to it. Where they are silent, the general sections that follow apply.

About the gameSupport for this gamePrivacy policy

Satire, History, and No Affiliation

Nixon: The Cover-Up is a work of political satire built on a counterfactual premise: history records that Richard Nixon resigned, and the game asks what the following weeks might have cost had he not. The senators, prices, events, and dialogue in the game are written for comedy and are not a record of what any real person said, did, or would accept. Depictions of bribery, press manipulation, and nuclear brinkmanship are dramatic devices within a game, not statements of fact about any individual and not an endorsement of the conduct they depict. Nothing in the game is offered as historical, political, or legal reference material.

The opening cinematic is assembled from public-domain archival footage together with a genuine Nixon tape recording. The game is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any government body, archive, library, or estate, and no such endorsement should be inferred from the material it uses. If a detail in the game reads as an unintended claim of fact, tell us through the support page and we will look at it.

Age Rating

The store listing for Nixon: The Cover-Up carries an age rating that reflects its satirical and historical themes, and the game is intended only for users who meet that rating. It is not directed to children.

Your Saves Are Yours, and They Live on Your Device

Save slots, settings, and run history are written to storage on the device you play on. We do not hold a copy, we cannot see them, and we cannot restore them for you. Deleting the game deletes them with it. Use the export option in save management before you reinstall, switch phones, or hand a device on; an exported save is a file under your control and you are responsible for keeping it safe. We are not liable for lost progress, including progress lost through deletion, device failure, or a failed transfer.

Playing Offline, and the Browser Version

Everything the game needs, including all intro footage and audio, ships inside the app, so a run works with no network connection. If you play the browser version instead, your use of it is governed by these Terms in the same way, and that build stores saves in your browser's local storage — clearing site data will erase them.

Purchases in This Game

The game offers optional in-app purchases. They are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to the general purchase terms below. Buying anything in the game unlocks content in that game; it does not buy an outcome, a difficulty result, or a guaranteed 34 votes.

Terms for Butter Fly: Tap & Flap

Also from Futuro Studios

Butter Fly: Tap & Flap

Casual / ArcadeOne-touch endless flyeriOS · AndroidPlays offline

A casual one-touch arcade game in the Flappy Bird tradition: tap to flap, keep the butterfly in the air, and beat your own best score. It is a small single-player game for iOS and Android, and the terms below are specific to it. Where they are silent, the general sections that follow apply.

About the gameSupport for this gamePrivacy policy

No Account, and Your Score Stays on Your Device

The game has no accounts, no sign-in, and no online leaderboard. Your best score and settings are stored on the device you play on, there is no cloud copy, and deleting the game deletes them. We cannot recover or transfer a score, and a score does not entitle you to anything beyond the game itself.

Fair Play and the Game as Shipped

The game is deliberately difficult and is meant to behave the same way for everyone. You may not modify the game, tamper with stored scores, or use automated input to produce results the game was not designed to produce. It is a general-audience game with no violent or mature content, and any purchases it offers are optional and subject to the general purchase terms below.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use an App or this site, and old enough to meet any higher age rating shown on an App's store listing. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use an App only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. Our Apps are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under 13, as described in the App Privacy Policy.

Your Licence to Use the Apps

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use one copy of an App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, and to use this site for its intended purpose. An App is licensed to you, not sold, and the store you installed it from may impose its own usage rules that also apply.

You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute an App; copy or modify it except as the law expressly permits; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, or attempt to derive its source code; remove or obscure any proprietary notice; or use an App to build a competing product.

Accounts

Most of our Apps have no accounts at all — Nixon: The Cover-Up and Butter Fly: Tap & Flap among them — and nothing in this section creates one. Where an App does offer an account, you agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to be responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You can request deletion of an account and its associated data from within that App's settings or by writing to us, as described on the App Support page and in the App Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse an App or this site. That means not interfering with their operation or security, not attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system or another user's data, not scraping or bulk-extracting content, not circumventing purchase or entitlement checks, not submitting false or misleading reports, not uploading unlawful or infringing content where an App accepts submissions, and not using an App in violation of applicable law or in a way that could harm Futuro Studios, other users, or third parties.

Your Content and Your Local Data

Where an App lets you create or submit content, you keep ownership of what you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the feature you used and to support you.

Several of our Apps store your data — saves, scores, settings, and history — only on your own device, with no copy on our servers and no sync between devices. Keeping and backing up that data is your responsibility. Where an App offers an export, use it before you reinstall or change devices. We are not responsible for data lost from your device, and support cannot restore what we never held.

Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Where an App offers a subscription or an in-app purchase, the current price and terms are shown on its store listing and inside the App before you confirm anything. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google through the store you installed from and are governed by that store's terms, billing rules, and refund policies as well as these Terms. We never receive or store your full payment card number or billing credentials.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can view, change, or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Refunds are issued by the store rather than by us; request one through Apple's "Report a Problem" page or Google Play's order history. If something you paid for is not unlocked, use Restore Purchases in the App first, then contact us with the transaction date and the store you purchased from — the App Support page explains what to send.

Some Apps use RevenueCat as a service provider to validate store receipts, track entitlement status, and restore purchases across your devices. Prices, promotional offers, and the content included in a purchase may change for future purchases; changes do not retroactively affect a purchase you have already completed. Virtual items, unlocks, and in-game currency have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed rather than owned.

AI-Assisted Features

Some Apps include features powered by third-party artificial intelligence providers, including OpenAI. Where such a feature exists, the content you submit and limited context needed to produce a response are transmitted to the provider's API and returned to the App. We access these providers under business or enterprise API terms, under which submitted content is not used to train the provider's models by default, and we do not use it to train models of our own. Nixon: The Cover-Up and Butter Fly: Tap & Flap include no AI-assisted features, so this section does not apply to them.

AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. It is provided for drafting, summarizing, and suggestion only, it is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice, and you are responsible for evaluating it before relying on it. Do not enter sensitive personal information — such as government identifiers, financial account numbers, precise health information, or another person's private details — into an AI-assisted feature. You must not use these features to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content, and we may suspend access to a feature that is being used that way.

Support and Feedback

Help with bugs, crashes, purchases, permissions, and account or data deletion is on the App Support page, which also lists what to include so we can reproduce a problem quickly. We read every message and aim to reply within two business days, but that is a goal rather than a guaranteed service level, and these Terms do not obligate us to provide support, updates, or fixes for any particular issue.

Feature requests and other feedback are welcome. If you send us feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it to improve our Apps and services without obligation or compensation to you. Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or government identifiers in a support message; we never need them to help you.

Intellectual Property

Our Apps and this site — including their software, design, text, artwork, audio, characters, and marks — are owned by Futuro Studios or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a licence to use them and transfer no ownership rights. Third-party material used within an App, including public-domain archival footage and recordings, remains subject to its own status and any applicable third-party rights.

App Stores and Third-Party Services

Our Apps are distributed by Apple and Google, and your use of an App is also subject to the terms of the store you installed it from. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for an App or its content; Futuro Studios, not the store, is responsible for the App, for any product warranties, and for addressing claims that an App infringes a third party's rights. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to Apps you obtain from the App Store and may enforce them against you. Support requests go to us, not to the store, through the channels above.

Where an App links to or integrates a third-party service, we do not control that service and are not responsible for its availability, pricing, terms, policies, acts, or omissions. No such integration is an advertising network.

Availability and Changes to the Apps

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue an App, a browser-playable build, a feature, or this site at any time, and we may issue updates that your device or store may install automatically. An App may become unavailable for maintenance, or because a store, platform, or operating system change makes it impractical to support. Where a change materially reduces what a paid feature provides, we will give notice through the App or its store listing where we reasonably can.

Disclaimers

Our Apps and this site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that an App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of loss, or that its content — including satirical, historical, or AI-generated content — is accurate or suitable for any purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Futuro Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost saves or scores, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of an App or this site. Our total liability for all claims relating to an App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us or the applicable store for that App in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty-five United States dollars. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Futuro Studios from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of an App or this site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

Termination

You may stop using an App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access, or your account where an App offers one, if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or use an App in a way that may harm the service or others. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except where the law or the relevant store's policy requires one. The sections on intellectual property, feedback, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

Privacy

What our Apps collect, how it is used and shared, how long it is kept, and how to access, export, or delete it are described in the App Privacy Policy, which also covers AI features, subscriptions, analytics, children's privacy, and international transfers. For what each App does, including Nixon: The Cover-Up and Butter Fly: Tap & Flap, see Our Apps.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our Apps, our practices, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice in the App or on its store listing before the change takes effect. Continuing to use an App or this site after an update takes effect indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them — except where the law of your country of residence gives you the benefit of mandatory local protections or the right to bring proceedings locally, which these Terms do not remove.

General

These Terms, together with the App Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Futuro Studios regarding our Apps and this site. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to Futuro Studios, 2248 Broadway #1589, New York, NY 10024, United States, or through the developer contact shown on the App's Apple App Store or Google Play listing. Please tell us which App your message concerns so we can respond accurately. For help with an App itself, use the App Support page.
