RideShare Max
Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of RideShare Max, a mobile application available for iOS and Android and operated by Futuro Studios. By downloading, accessing, or using RideShare Max, users agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
RideShare Max is provided for lawful, personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise authorized in writing. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.
Eligibility
Users must be at least 13 years old to use RideShare Max. Users who are under the age of majority in their jurisdiction may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Ride and Travel Information
RideShare Max may provide ride planning, fare comparison, availability, routing, timing, or related travel information. Such information may be estimated, delayed, incomplete, or provided by third parties. Users are responsible for confirming ride details, pricing, timing, safety conditions, and provider requirements before booking or traveling.
Third-Party Providers
RideShare Max may link to, display, or integrate services from rideshare companies, map providers, payment processors, analytics services, app stores, or other third parties. Futuro Studios does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, terms, policies, actions, or omissions.
User Conduct
Users may not misuse RideShare Max, interfere with app operations, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app, scrape data, submit false or misleading information, violate applicable laws, or use the app in a manner that could harm Futuro Studios, other users, or third parties.
Intellectual Property
RideShare Max, including its design, software, text, graphics, marks, and other content, is owned by Futuro Studios or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to users.
Subscriptions, Purchases, and Fees
If RideShare Max offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, pricing and billing terms will be presented before purchase. Transactions may be processed by Apple, Google, or another payment provider and may be subject to that provider's additional terms and refund policies.
Disclaimers
RideShare Max is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Futuro Studios does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or available at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Futuro Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to use of RideShare Max.
Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Futuro Studios from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from their use of RideShare Max, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
Termination
Futuro Studios may suspend or terminate access to RideShare Max at any time if a user violates these Terms, creates risk or legal exposure, or uses the app in a way that may harm the service or others.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of RideShare Max after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
